Refund policy

Aquatic Rehab wetsuits are made from 
premium Yamamoto 39 limestone neoprene 
and are quality checked before dispatch.

If your suit arrives with a manufacturing 
defect, contact us at 
aquaticrehablimited@gmail.com with photos 
and your order number. We assess each case 
individually and will work with you to 
reach a fair outcome.

Please note that damage resulting from use, 
improper donning, or contact with sharp 
objects is not covered under our refund 
policy.

SIZE EXCHANGES

If your suit doesn't fit, contact us at 
aquaticrehablimited@gmail.com before 
sending anything back.

Once we've confirmed your exchange, you'll 
ship the suit back to us at your cost — 
unworn and unused, with tags, in its 
original factory-sealed packaging.

We'll ship your replacement size back to 
you at our cost, subject to stock 
availability. If your size isn't available 
we'll issue a full refund.

Suits that have been worn in water are not 
eligible for exchange.
