Cancellation policy

PRE-ORDERS

When you purchase a pre-order, you are 
securing a wetsuit from an incoming 
production run not yet in stock.

Full payment is collected at checkout. 
Your order will be fulfilled and dispatched 
once stock arrives, within the timeframe 
stated at the time of purchase.

Pre-orders that have not yet been fulfilled 
may be cancelled by contacting us at 
aquaticrehablimited@gmail.com. Once an 
order has been fulfilled and dispatched it 
cannot be cancelled, but size exchange 
requests can be made in accordance with 
our Size Exchange Policy.
